finished up my papers this week! am free of work for a while and have a much lighter schedule! ahh...
took advantage fo that to go to cooking class with marc and anna and anna's mum tonight. it was great fun!
we made deep fried fish and eggplant in broad bean sauce... well, we watched it being made... also watched the teacher make fried rice. then we actually made cashew chicken. i have so much more respect for chinese cooks now... it's hard work! and there are so many dishes to be done afterwards! boo!
she also runs a day-long intensive dim-sum course... i think i'm up to the challenge!
